My name is Viviana Klinar, and I was born and raised in Peru. In 1992, my family and I made Miami our home.
After earning my Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, I moved to New York City to begin my professional career.
In 2005, I recognized Miami’s incredible transformation into one of the world’s most dynamic and exciting cities. I knew it was where I wanted to build my future and call home.
Today, I specialize in helping homeowners and investors from around the world achieve their real estate goals in South Florida.
I have a passion for travel, photography, art, architecture, and yoga, but above all, I am passionate about people and building lasting relationships.
